This was a two day trip. We did two loop hikes, one each day. The first hike was on the Ptarmigan trail and was a nice 7 mile loop. The second day we did a 9 mile loop from the Eaglesmere trailhead. In between the two hikes we camped at a small (5 site) campground near the Eaglesmear trailhead which had great views. All in all the two hikes were an eye opener that we have been missing out on a part of Colorado that is fairly close to Boulder and very pretty.
